Small hop clover is found throughout the continental United States.

Cultural Practices:
Small hop clover is a annual weed that is found on dry, gravelly soils such as roadsides. Increasing fertility and irrigation to allow the turf to compete will also reduces the competitiveness of the hop clover. Regular mowing reduces flower development and seed production.

Herbicide Use:
Make your post-emergent herbicide application when small hop clover is young and actively growing.
